> The Board International (TBI) is a strategic advisory and operating partnership that helps owners, founders, CEOs, C-suite leaders, boards and leadership teams strengthen leadership, clarify strategy, improve execution and build long-term enterprise value.

The Board is the umbrella brand identity. The Board International is the strategic advisory and operating partnership arm. The Board Capital is a distinct private investment arm. This describes brand architecture, not legal ownership.

TBI primarily partners with established privately held and middle-market businesses navigating growth, scale, leadership complexity, transition, acquisition, succession or underperformance. Engagements are selective and long-term. Prospective engagements are reviewed for industry conflicts with existing client relationships. Client leadership retains responsibility for business decisions and execution.

The TBI Performance System is a growing ecosystem of proprietary frameworks and operating disciplines, not a finished software product. Public pages describe its purpose, not protected assessment questions or mechanics.
